We're looking for an experienced Business Valuation Associate to join our team and support high-value M&A transactions and financial advisory engagements.
What you'll be doing: Working on financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions, developing complex financial models, analyzing business performance and value drivers, and collaborating with clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Location : Coimbatore Exp : 3-5 years Qualification : CFA /ACCA / ACA
Key Requirements: Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Experience in financial due diligence and transaction advisory Prior experience in a professional services firm or boutique M&A practice is highly preferred Exposure to business valuation is an advantage Comfortable working with technology and AI-enabled tools Familiarity with Canadian private company transactions is an added advantage
